By downloading or using Dearstill ("the App"), you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store terms.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable law. You are responsible for the content you process with the App and for respecting the rights of people who appear in it.
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that image processing will produce a particular result in every case. Always review results before sharing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms; continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
