Burned by outsourced development before?
Here there are no account managers and no subcontractors. The person you talk to writes the code, and you try a working version every week.
What can you build?
Web services, mobile apps, AI and backends for any kind of business. I take them from plan to launch.
- Web services & platforms
Bookings and payments, communities, dashboards and internal tools, plus an admin page to run them.
- iOS and Android apps
Login, push notifications and app store release, handled for you.
- AI features
AI that writes, sorts or searches for your users, with their data handled carefully.
Also: business automation, data and third-party integrations, and backend and cloud work.
Have you actually run one?
Yes. I built Nurio and still run it. Real customers book, pay and get refunds on it.
- Booking: schedules, tickets and capacity limits
- Payments: checkout, cancellations and refunds
- Operations: waitlists, notifications and admin tools
- Apps: web, iOS and Android
What else have you built?
Products I made end to end. Each link opens the real product.

Nurio
A production booking and payment platform I built and operate, handling paid reservations, capacity limits, waitlists, refunds and operational notifications. Three separate services, each with its own site and app, run on one Rails codebase: nurio.kr for in-person language-exchange meetups in Seoul and Daejeon, study.nurio.kr for learners in small-group English speaking studies, and studyleaders.nurio.kr for the English session leaders who run them. A 1:1 tutor marketplace is built and launching soon.

How does it work?
Four steps, with no surprises at the end.
- Send a request
Tell me in a line or two what you want to build.
- Get a written plan
After a call, you get the scope, schedule and price in writing.
- Try it every week
Each week you get a working version to try yourself.
- Launch and take over
I launch it, then hand over the code, servers and docs.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need, so every project gets its own quote.
- Asking and getting a quote is free.
- You see the scope, schedule and price in writing first.
- Nothing is charged until you agree to the quote.
- Scope changes are agreed in writing before they happen.
Will the code be mine?
Yes. Once the project is paid for, what I made for you is yours.
- Source code and copyright
- Server, domain and store accounts
- Documentation to run and change it
- Ongoing operation and maintenance, if you want it
Who will build it?
Me. More than ten years of shipping in banking, lending, travel and test infrastructure, across four countries.
